Loli Dosel (ロリー・ドセル, Rorī Doseru) is a character that appears in the Super Dimension Fortress Macross television series. He is referred to as Loli 28356 in The Super Dimension Fortress Macross: Do You Remember Love? film. During Space War I, he led the operation "Blue Wind" (青い風ζ, Aoi Kaze) where he and two other Zentradi were tasked with conducting surveillance, intercepting and recording enemy communications.

History

Space War I

Loli led the flagship-based 8th force recon of Battalion 099. They engaged Hikaru in combat and escaped, blowing up their own ship to evade him

Wanting to see the Miclones again, he requested that he and his team to be sent as spies to the Macross. After the big escape of Hikaru, Misa, Max and Kakizaki, Golg Boddole Zer transferred Britai off the front line, putting Loli and the other spies' under Moruk Lap Lamiz's command

Loli and the Zentradi spies had snuck aboard the SDF-1 Macross. (SDFM: "Blue Wind")

Aftermath

Vanessa Laird would retire early and marry Loli Dosel. Loli himself was originally part of the Zentradi Army 8th Forced Reconnaissance Unit. They worked together to open a small general store, but Loli later became an alcoholic and was forced to close soon after. Vanessa eventually ended up working as a hostess to provide income to their household. She later gained a batch of regular customers due to her good looks and calm demeanor.

Several years later, Vanessa was made the head of a high-class club and led a busy life. Nearly thirty five years later, in A.D. 2045, she lived in a luxury apartment in Macross City on the Earth. Loli meanwhile stayed at home and looked after their three children. Finally, both Warera Nantes and Conda Bromco ended up wasting their lives due to alcoholism, and lived under the same roof as Loli.

Notes & Trivia

• When the names of the Zentradi spy trio are combined, it forms the Japanese phrase Warera Lolicon Da (我らロリコンだ, Warera Lolicon Da) which translates to "We are lolicons".
