Lux

Lux (惑星ラクス Wakusei Rakusu^?) (alt. spelling Rax) is a hospitable, Earth-like planet discovered in 2045 by Macross 5 fleet, and seen in the Macross 7 television series.^[1] It contained Protoculture ruins related to Protodeviln.^[2]^[3]

HistoryEdit

The Macross 5 captain invited the nearby Macross 7 fleet to stop by, but shortly afterwards Macross 5 was ambushed and quickly defeated by the Protodeviln and their Varuta Army. In the ensuing conflict between Macross 7 and Protodeviln, Lux was eventually destroyed by self-destruction of Gigile. Exsedol visited the planet to investigate, upon reaching a door, they were informed it would only open for a sign of peace, a trap was set off and Mylene was wounded. Her mixed human and Zentradi blood was able to open the door as it was proof that the descendants of the Protoculture had achieved peace and thus worthy to enter further into the ruins ^[4].
