Marge Gueldoa (マージ・グルドア) is one of the minor antagonists of the Macross Plus OVA and its theatrical adaptation, Macross Plus Movie Edition. He is the lead scientist under the employ of the Venus Sound Factory, and is involved in the development of Sharon Apple and also doubles as an assistant of Myung Fang Lone.
History[]
Marge involved himself in the Sharon Apple project not so much to create a pop star, but to perfect an AI program that can be used for military purposes, since he also has ties with U.N. Spacy.
In his haste to make the program workable, Marge installed an illegal chip that caused Sharon to gain sentience, and in turn cease to be controllable. He commits suicide atop the SDF-1 Macross as Sharon Apple began placing the entire population of the city under her hypnosis.
