The VF-19A2 Excalibur is a variable fighter from Macross The Ride. It was commonly used by Angel Birds for live aerial performances.
Development[]
The VF-19A2 Excalibur was built for performing on Earth's atmospheric specification. The difference between A-type are unknown. The aerial acrobatic team "Angel Birds" variant is colored with a traditional white background with red and blue accents. The squadron's airframe has the turret at the base of the wing removed to ensure strength during transformation.
History[]
The VF-19A2 is reported to have performed a flight demonstration when the Starry Cup Vanquish race was held aboard the Macross Galaxy.
